Damaged Merchandise: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufactures Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, call our Warehouse at (866) 851-4480 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacture's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please use our Feedback Form to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee plus actual shipping costs. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.

After a return is authorized by our return department: 1. Return the item to the address given to you. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) should be insured. We are not liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our return department in new condition. 4. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. |

Bad Check Charge: There will be a $25 returned check charge for any check that is returned from the bank for any reason.
All orders are pending availability and may be cancelled at anytime.
All orders can be cancelled up until they are loaded onto the shipping truck.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Errors are possible. We are not responsible for errors from our suppliers. We will issue a full refund for all errors upon receiving the merchandise back in the same condition as it was shipped.

Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping for all orders in the Continental United States over $100. All other orders with in the Continental United States, shipping is $5. There is an additional charge for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or Canada. Please email us at brad@ellesplace.com for any questions.
