Dear Brad and Denise,
Just a follow up to my blender blade situation. I received a new
blade/bearing assembly today and it spins freely and works beautifully. I was
beginning to think maybe the blade comes a little tight and loosens over time
with use, but the new one convinced me that the original definitely wasn't
right.
So thanks again for all your extra efforts, and I'll keep you in my bookmarks
when anyone I know needs a new small appliance!

Your follow-up on this minor purchase is impressive. You deserve better
warehouse support. If you keep running your c/s like this, you will
succeed and be telling THEM what they will and won't for you in YOUR
time frames.

I solved the problem by putting a print of the tumblers in a series of
nested boxes and wrapped them gaily with ribbons. It might have been
disappointing in the end but at least they had fun getting there.

The mugs arrived and were forwarded down to them. They're ecstatic and
believe I bought the best available, really high-tech. Yuppies will
assume such things. Please don't tell them.

I wanted to let you know you do have the best prices. I have been looking
everywhere for the 12 volt blender for a Christmas gift & all the other places
were at least $50.00 more.
